I should recieve my DDR Memory and ECS sis 735 board this week, but my video card doesnt come in till the end of the month (hopefully!)

Anyone want to lend me a video card?

anyone know how much these are going to be priced at or are they already out? i haven't kept up w/vid card news but this seems like a good investment, still using a 32mb geforce 2

The wait!!!
I hate waiting for my video card to come in. I'd get a GF3 But I need a very good quality TV out that is on all the time or once is enabled will be on all the time. Was using a kyro II card and the TV out was great, I could take a blank HDD and install my os all on my TV, no monitor needed.

It's just killing me to have my new system board, and my new memory coming tommorow (9-11-01) and not have the video card to put in it
I'd take the video card out of my other PC but it doesn't have TV out and if I did the wife would go nuts not being able to get on the net lol. Plus I want to keep everything pretty clean driverwise

Estimated introduction price of the Radeon 8500 is around $399.

And don't complain about just having a Geforce 2....my Voodoo 3 3000 just isn't kicking it with the latest games, hell C-strike runs slow.

Actually the radeon 8500 is only $299.00 US
That is why I am getting that and not a GF3 or GF3 ti 500
