Why do I get the feeling that if I was speeding and killed a passenger in my car, I wouldn't get off with 3 years of probation...oh, wait, it's probably becuz I don't have a high priced fancy lawyer to defend me to help me buy my way out of jail time...

Heatley, also injured in the car accident, was sentenced to three years of probation on Feb. 4, 2004, after pleading guilty to second-degree vehicular homicide and three lesser charges.
