This rocks, 400mbit LAN.

IP over Firewire is cool. I use a wireless network at home for conveinience, but it's really slow if you want to transfer large files. I'm testing out IP over firewire right now, and you just plug in the cable to each computer, and instant 400mbit LAN 🙂

Actually its about the same. Most gigabit interfaces plugged into the average 32bit PCI slot only push 300-400Mbit.
