I don't know what came over me, but my cooking tonight randomly led me to create these whole wheat wraps with:

Pork tenderloin strips (pan fried with a bit of coconut oil)
Cremini mushrooms
Cherry Tomatoes
Egg whites (with roasted red peppers)
Hummus/Salsa spread
Kale
A sprinkle of chia seeds

This is leagues better than what I normally come up with! :p

Not my cup of tea, but I could sea how that would be extremely appetizing for those who enjoyed the individual ingredients.

I love wraps. I make them all the time too. I think the pics would look better if you rolled them up and sliced them in half.

Pork tenderloin strips (pan fried with a bit of coconut oil) "Beef"
Cremini mushrooms "Tasty"
Cherry Tomatoes "Mmm"
Egg whites (with roasted red peppers) "Where's the yolks?"
Hummus/Salsa spread "Delicious"
Kale "Gotta get the greens, I suppose"
A sprinkle of chia seeds "What?"

This is leagues better than what I normally come up with! :p

The only thing I would eat out of that is the pork and eggs (without the roasted peppers).

Looks like the eggs are cooked right into the peppers. How would you separate the 2? Actually, it looks pretty tasty, but I'd have to overcome my aversion to grass seed. Isn't chia grass?:awe:

I'd leave the salad part on the plate and have it with a nice vinaigrette. Then add some slaw to the pork wrap and skip the eggs.

What do you define as the salad part? The kale? Cherry tomatoes? Cremini mushrooms? How could you leave those out?!

It's a tossed salad, sans dressing, thrown on a pork wrap. I'm not adverse to fresh veggies on a wrap, or even doing salad wraps (most often with a creamy ranch-type dressing), but I don't quite see how this one works.

Here's how this works: A touch of bleu cheese, not ranch-type, and some really spicy hot sauce (habanero is good on most everything). Leave everything in, but I'd prefer beef, not pork...just a preference.
