Looking at this ram here, LINK.

Will it be suitable with a c2d E6300, gigabyte 965p-S3 mobo?. It's DDR2-667 memory. I don't OC and don't intend to.

Instead, I would save $15 and get some corsair valueselect for $200 for 2gb @ newegg or zzf. That would work though.

uhhh... then that looks like a pretty sweet deal. The 4-4-4-12 timings make it a pretty attractive buy.

If you don't overclock, may I recommend the Samsung brand of DDR2. They're usually similar to the generic version and would be ok with your mobo.

Try ebay.canada for pricing.

Only one thing bothers me.

Why is it PC2-5300?

I thought 667 MHz was PC2-5400?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter, ~1/2 the ddr2-667 they sell @ newegg is pc2-5400 and the other 1/2 is pc2-5300.
