This PSU Going to Be Enough???

I'm building a new computer...Abit IS7, P4 2.4C, ATI 9600 Pro, 2x256 Kingston HyperX PC3200, LG DVD/CDRW combo drive, WD Raptor, WD 80GB SE...

The case I want comes with a 350W Smart Power Antec PSU. There are also 2 120mm fans in the case. I want to try and hit 3.0ghz on the stock P4 cooling and OC the ATI 9600 Pro a bit. I will also probably up the voltage for the RAM to push it. Will that, along with the 2 hard drives, one being 10,000rpm, be able to be comfortably powered by only 350W? Or do I risk needing a new PSU?

I upped to an Antec Sonata because I just liked the look so much better. Has a 380W Truepower so I don't need to worry.
