"This program cannot display the webpage" error!

I get this error on a laptop that is connected to the internet through a wireless router.
The OS is Vista Home Premium.

The error has started to show up today.
Today, I have set up Windows Mail and updated Microsoft Office!
I am not sure when exactly the error shows up. I will update if I can confirm.
But, the connection to the internet is fine.
I never saw this error before.

Have you seen this error?

There is no way to close the error window but to open the task manager and close the task!

Please help me figure out what is causing this error and resolve it.

I deleted the tasks and the error does not show up anymore.
One more reason I need a Vista DVD for the laptop to make a fresh install!
