This place has been text messaging my cell phone for the past month. I've sent them a number of emails stating I'll press charges if they continue to harass me. They haven't stopped so I want to find their phone number to contact them directly. If anyone has some mad phone number finding out skills, please help me out. I don't have a land telephone line so I cant dial the operator without selling my soul to Verizon.

UPDATE:
I waited on hold for 33 minutes to find out that I have to call from 9-5 EST to talk to their 2-bit fraud department. What a crock of sh!t....

No No No. You don't call them.

You find thier FAX number and then sit at you computer faxing them about a gazillion pages, requesting that they stop text messaging your phone.

After the first couple of printer cartridges, I predict it will stop.

I didnt give them my cell phone number, I have no idea how they got it... I don't sign up for anything that requires a phone number... (Like FREE newsletters or any of that crap) So I honestly have no idea how they got my number. I just know it needs to stop...

They conveniently have no phone number on their website... Also, any customer service is through email only.... like I would get a credit card through a company with only email as customer service....

Is your number registered on the do-not-call list? Might help if it is.

Have you pissed anyone off lately? Somebody might've signed you up on their mailing list.

E-mail the company hosting that site and tell them you are being spammed. It works. Have you also contacted your cell carrier to see what they can do?

You're probably an email address in their database. It's not necessarily sent by text message. All cellphones (most, anyway) can get text messages by email.

Verizon says that there isn't much they can do if its a different number everytime. They said that this happens once in a while, that companies will use random number generators and text from a computer. Also, I'm on hold with the hosting site right now. I hope they aren't naive enough to think I actually WON'T persue pressing charges for harassment. Also, my number IS on the do not call list filed with my taxes.

I thought it was, since you have to pay for airtime even when receiving a call. I'm surprised you tolerated text messages for an entire month because they're usually 10c per message.

Well, I don't have text messaging paid for on my phone. I get VERY few text messages, so every time they send me one, I get charged...

Have you checked out verizon's new online bill? They actaully tell you the location based on the phone number telephone calls are coming from. That might help.
