I just saw the bush v.s clinton thread, and more of you would still vote for clinton even after all the harm he has done to our country.

1. got up before 250,000,000 Americans and told an outright lie.

2. Got up before a Grand Jury and told an outright lie.

3. If he would have acted after the terrorists bombed the USS cole, the 2 embassys, andf when Jordan offered up UBL (after he admitted to the USS cole bombings) maybe 9/11 would have enver occured.

If you ask me he brought nothing but shame to the office of the president of the United States.

Don't get upset. Just sit back and enjoy the show. Liberals are, bottom line, very entertaining and sometimes extremely funny.

Maybe if he would have acted when Osama declared war on the US people, we would not be mourning the victims of 9/11, but no he didn't, typical liberial.

You've made your opinion abundantly clear. Must you start a riot?

I'd rather die free than live in Bush's "freedom is slavery" world.

Unlike Bush, who didn't bother to go after the f*cker after 9/11 you mean? Who went to Afghanistan for the public opinion, where the previous situation has almost been restored again?
Who pisses off as many countries as possible, insulting Iran and such, so more possible terrorists will go after the US?
Who doesn't give a f*ck about the environment, nor about employment? Who screws the economy whatever way he can?
Who wants to force his religion onto people again?

Good thing Clinton isn't in place anymore, cause after all, he lied about his sex life! OMG! That's so much worse than all the crap Bush did so far!

It's funny to listen to so many people bitch about how the government sucks and most of them probably didn't even vote in the last election.

No matter who is the prez, people will always be unhappy.

I fully support Bush to kick every dictators ass but I'm also very worried about this supercomputer there building to collect data on people. I also didn't like the Patriot act much either, it gives the Federal Government to much power.

The problem the Rebulican party has now is that are to many Big Government conservatives. It's great to preach smaller government but you also have to take action otherwise your full of crap.

Clinton didn't do a bad job, however, his foreign policy was weak (understandable though, presidents in the US are rarely elected because of their foreign policy stance, recent times excluded), and he really should have kept his pants zipped.

Econimically, all he did was not screw with what was already in place, he (or Gore) didn't invent the internet, and had very little/nothing to do with the dot com boom/bust, that was a natural cycle that he was lucky enough to be in office during & claimed credit for. We were headed for a correction & who happened to be the president @ the time was just plain luck...

There's also a conservative/liberal cycle, and with the "graying of the US" (the bubble of the population getting older & remaining politically active), we're going to be conservative for a while longer. As the bubble of older US citizens dies off, is unable to vote, there will be another revolution of the younger folks taking control of the government & having more influence over new laws, policies, taxes, etc. It'll be interesting to be part of the next big change.
