Did anyone read the original post? Crappy disposable camera & not-good scanner. I assure you, the original picture is quite good. In my obviously biased opinion, anyway. 🙂 I think everyone is just pissed that I didn't include a pic of the girlfriend 🙂

It's not awful. Just needs some touching up like most pictures.

Yeah, that does look better.
When I origianlly posted it, I didn't think it was _that_ bad. Now that I look back over it, it's pretty fuzzy and a little sideways, maybe from how I put it in the scanner. Oh well. Maybe I could get a friend of mine, who's a professional photographer, to take the next pics I post to ATOT. 😉 She's got this cool camera that's over 7MP. Maybe it's time for me to invest in a digital camera. . .

um that is pretty crappy still, sorry

OK, forgot to include I SUCK AS A PHOTOGRAPHER. Damn.

He's a troll. Forget him.

Disposable cameras actually work pretty well in well lit/outdoors situations. Not bad. Next time though, remember the photography rule: imagine a tic-tac-toe board on your view finder when taking a photo and put your subject in one of the outer squares. Makes for a more interesting picture.
HAH! I KNEW IT!!! I almost just posted "Rule... of... thirds..." but then I thought, "Hey, won't I get chastised if someone else brings it up?" Sure enough, someone beat me to it.

Regardless, the rule of thirds is not to be messed with. Take heed at his advice. It's not a bad picture, it's just that all you had to do was either put that car in the bottom third of the picture, or zoom in more.

Hmmm. . . Sounds like good advice. I'll have to remember that. But there's always the rule of "Having the wheels turned always makes a car look cooler." I didn't forget that one!
I really had no idea I'd get this much response from this post. I'd venture to guess the "Girlfriend" in the title had the most to do with it. Should have been more careful posting in OT. . . 🙂

I took this picture awhile back of my girlfriend?s car. I took it on a crappy disposable camera she had. Well, she just got it developed and I was surprised at how well it turned out. I really wasn?t even paying attention to the background when I took it. It?s a crappy scan; the actual picture looks much better.

UPDATE:
I cleaned up the image a little and it really turned out well this time!

viola!

Edit:
DISCLAIMER: I suck as a photographer. I thought it was a neat picture. Thank you.!]

Not like I was meaning to check out the girl (cough cough) but dayum that skirt seems pretty short....I see london I see france?

The resolution on your original isn't that great, but a little cropping makes it look like a much better shot.

Examples:
Edit 1 - I like this one better, I just wish the original was a more clear shot.
Edit 2

To be honest I don't like it. My eyes aren't focused anywhere and that line above the car is a bit annoying. But I do like the idea. I like the second picture though. =P
