You want to know how to deal with crazies? As soon as you find out they're crazy, cut ties. Stop going where they go, boot them off your facebook or add them to a special list that has everything blocked, and get the friends and contacts you value to do the same. Whenever they text or you run into them in person, just be nice and agree with everything they say while not committing to a single thing. It's all fairly easy to do, the only hard part may be accepting that sometimes it is ok to be a bit of a dick.

Koreans are bunch of superficial status whores. All they care about is status. Even reading that you can see that everyone is defined by their job and nothing more.

why don't you delete her from friends? She was crazy and didn't talk to you for a year, you could have chalked it up to cleaning house.
Now it's fresh so it will be clear, maybe that's even better. Delete.

Remember how limited text conversations are. It's so easy to misread the other person's intent. The same convo face-to-face might have left you with a different impression.
