So we have a $750 credit with US Air. We had tickets back in June and had a medical emergency which prevented us from flying. So they gave us vouchers for the amount of the tickets which are valid for 1 year. So we're trying to book 2 tickets and looking online, the total with taxes/fees is ~$502. So we call them up on the phone and try to book the tickets and they're giving us a price of $1100. We told them that the fare on their website doesn't have any restrictions at all so why aren't we getting that price. They never give us a straight answer (they don't have access to the website etc etc) so I asked them to show me how to book the tickets online using my credit. They tell us it's impossible to do so. So at this point, we're already out $750 and no tickets. I have to call them back and check with my credit card company but I'm just not sure where to go from here.

Ask to speak to someone else. And if they can't arrange it for you, have them credit your CC. This sounds very strange.

should only take 2-4 calls to get'er done ^_^

Well that was quick. This time I called up and picked website support. Spent 15 minutes total and got my tickets booked at the right price. Explained what happened to the guy and he sounded amazed that they would try to charge me the much higher price. He forwarded me to their customer support and I gave them those retards names and agent numbers.
