I've never had AMD or P4 machine, alwas PII or PIII but my new super duper power supply has:

I was wanting a better 300w power supply for my PIII computer and noticed that this PS has some new un-formalizer plugs.

What are the (2) new wires for?? (1) flat 6 wire plug and (1) square 4 wire plug ???

Are they for something related to P4 or the AMD processor ?

Thx
Pete

2x2 yellow by black is the ATX12V connector used for the Pentium4.

6x1 orange, red, black is the AUX Server connector used for some high end server boards that have 2 CPUs, lots of RAM slots and would expect to have lots of heavy juice sucking PCI cards.
