Er, other than Brody who I don't think is that good of an actor so I'm not that shocked about him doing something like this, that's nowhere close to as WTF Movie 43 was.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1333125/

Look at that cast. What are like half those people doing in that movie? Richard Gere? Hugh Jackman? Kate Winslett? Terrance Howard? Halley Berry? Emma Stone? Naomi Watts? Uma Thurman? Dennis Quaid? Greg Kinnear? WTF?

Are we saying people can't do fun silly shit on the side just for the fuck of it? I haven't seen 43 yet but I'm gonna have to check it out to see what all the fuss is about.

Go check it out and then redact your first sentence.

Modern conglomerate model of movie making
Step 1: Buy cheapest script you can get your hands on, preferably one that appeals to teenage boys, then "urbanize" it.
Step 2: Hire cheapest director, preferably the Waynes Bros or Michael Bay
Step 3: Find big actor who's available and wants to cash in, or hire a bunch of nobodies who failed out of acting school who will work for apricots. They'll never work again anyway after this mess.
Step 4: If comedy add lots toilet humour and racism. If action buy a copy of After Effects and go overboard with explosions to distract audience from poor script.
Step 5: Film for exactly one week. Spend next week editing. Ship to theatres.
Step 6: Release movie in January, because f--k you it's January.
Step 7: If action make poorly made video game tie in.
Step 8: Profit
Step 9: Act offended if your film is nominated for a Razzie, or appears on Nostagia Critic or Half in the Bag.

A completely racial insensitive movie? Fuck yeah! It's on my redbox wait list.

Yeah.... no. Those should just be funny or die skits, I'm not paying for a movie of failed sketches. Also there is a difference between being racially insensitive and funny. My grandpa is racially insensitive and it doesn't make him funny, while Adam Carolla or Dave Chappelle are racially insensitive and they are funny as fuck.

Comedy is incredibly subjective though, one of the smartest people I know loves every Adam Sandler movie and thinks he's hilarious. He finished Calculus by 9th grade and went all the way through his masters in mathematics by only showing up to the midterms/finals, yet he loves Adam Sandler, go figure.

There's 0 chance a critic will like this movie anyway. It doesn't appear to even pretend to have a plot.

This. Critics and I rarely agree on comedy films. Just seems crude enough to be right up my alley.
