If you plan to use the S/PDIF make sure they will sell you a bracket since I don't see one listed in the box.

Looking at hte included item pics at newegg.com the Biostar TForce mATX is one of the few that does include digital out connectors (optical & coax) instead of just header pins on the motherboard.

You listed it in the specs, so I thought you knew what it meant :)

Sony/Phillips Digital Interconnect Format (or InterFace) = digital audio, either using optical and coax (RCA) cable connection, to make a digital audio connection to a home stereo.

If you plan to use an analog connection to your speakers or stereo, never mind.

I've just built a system based on this board and I'm very impressed by it.

One of the best specified micro ATX boards I've ever worked with and great if you intend to use it for its high def output.

Since you have one, am I correct that it doesn't come with digital audio outs, just motherboard pins for them? I'd be happy to be wrong on this since I do like Asus motherboards.

From the manual PDF it looks like the yellow plug on that bracket is composite video, the others are s-video and component video. There is a second bracket/module with optical and coax digital out (page 1-28) that doesn't ship with the board. But if kuba wants to use analog out this isn't a problem.

Since Logic Computer House has a maple leaf in its logo I don't think Newegg USA is an option for buying ofr kuba, but it's still worth visiting for pictures and user reviews.

my error ..:(

The only digital audio outputs are motherboard headers for them.

The supplied bracket has composite, s-video and component video on it.

How about you buy yourself a Hell.

I like my rig, this is for a friend, she doesn't need anything overly crazy, and nothing like your $hit advice. ;)
