Should work fine, bro. Some boards "prefer" certain brands of memory, and it's not listed which kind (if any) this board prefers, but it's got slots for regular old SDRAM so everything should be fine, it says up to 4 gigs of RAM, and with 4 slots that must mean that 1 gig sticks work fine.
Note that even if the brand of memory you've bought is one that motherboard "likes" that's not a 100% guarantee your particular stick will work. Sometimes you just get bad RAM and have to return it for a replacement, I got Geil RAM for my setup and was pissed when it didn't work because that brand was specifically mentioned by Abit as a good brand for the NF7. I RMAed it for a new stick and it worked great.
