This memory work with my motherboard?

Your board is already using similar RAM from a different manufacturer.

It should be able to use that RAM. Even if the Motherboard or RAM say they are not qualified. That is just what the manufacturers tested with.

As for spacing I don't know.

I have a Gigabyte Z68 mobo, I do have clearance issues with higher profile RAM modules and my aftermarket 212+ CPU cooler. The #3 slot is right up against the fan, and I would actually have to slide the fan up the heat exchanger to clear room for the same RAM (G.Skill Stealth... which I bought because I though it WAS low profile, but is not...) in the #4 slot. It's not insurmountable, but it should be designed better.

The best solution would be to get RAM without a heat sink riser (with an aftermarket CPU cooler.)

(EDIT: )

Now that I looked at your choice of RAM... I don't think there is any way that would fit under the 212+ fan in #4 slot, and maybe not even in #3...

Minor update (01/12)

Got the memory in today and was able to install it just fine (using the stock HSF so had no placing issues.) Only thing was that they sit snugly next to each other. Now I wonder if I can install the 2 x 2gb sticks in the 2 remaining slots.
Also is there a way I can check via windows if my memory is running in dual channel mode? I put the sticks in slots 1 & 2 (where the existing sticks were) but I think I read that they need to go in slots 1/3 or 2/4?

The RAM slots on your board are arranged differently than on my board... check your owner's manual for correct positioning.
