I am building an HTPC and so far this is the winner.
It has onboard radeon 7000 with tv-out, and good ac97 full duplex and pnp. Radeon has better 2d than nvidia, so this is good for going to the TV.

It doesnt have onboard lan, but lan cards are cheap and easy to make low profile. anyone know anything about this board? i cant find any reviews.
