I've been a lurker for many moons now (lost first account) here at the ot and thought I'd post a aphorism of a man's brief knowledge of morality.

He loved a woman and lost her to his own self-complacency.

That's it.

Here is the man.

He is single now.

I am he.

Both were taken by my x-wife-she is a photographer.

I'm not gay. If I was I might have 10000 posts like you lad.

I do hang out with friends-something isn't there like being with your woman you knew you love.

Thank you though for the post and kindness.

THanks m8-we are divorced now. Very difficult time but I'm looking forward now-trying to hook up with habitat for humanity-feel like I've not given nearly enough back to society. Will keep me from thinking about what has been lost.

Don't get a big ego tho, emo man.

i think something's really wrong with you proletariat

rogodin, sorry for loss. don't worry, it's just like this at first. you'll find the real match sooner or later

One thing I'm not very adroit at is conversation-I'm an observer. I have knowledge about many things but not one in complete depth-and I'm shy so our relationship was without words many times (especially when we had arguements and needed to have a definete outcome).

This quote made me think of it-hope it makes those of you in relationships-or in the pursuit of one think about the interchange.

Marriage as a long conversation. When marrying, one should ask oneself this question: Do you believe that you will be able to converse well with this woman into your old age? Everything else in marriage is transitory, but the most time during the association belongs to conversation.

Thank you alimoalem-funny that cartoon movies "just keep swimming" make such sense in real life sometimes! I've seen people say that before but now that it's in your own life it's very vivid.

.... goddamn you sound like an elitist.

is that why she left you?

Sorry to be rude, but change the way you type your words down. you're not impressing anyone.

Ah-my chin won't fall off! But I've shaved it clean since those pictures.

I type how I type and I don't do it for any specific effect. And to imply that my wife left me because I typed in a certain way is completely ignorant and without merit.

Thank you for those that are posting in concern-I do appreciate the positive feedback!
