Most processors have recommended HSF weights somewhere between 200 to 300 grams. This is so that it could be safely mounted with the standard fittings. You definitely need extra support for that gigantic absurdity...

Heat sink only weight. Then tack on two 120mm fans... Although I'd just as soon install some fans on the side panel to blow across it. Wow.

Already did because i dont like heavy torque on my board
