No, I think your good for a bit. Sounds like it's going to be "restructuring" and they may close more than the original 155 but I think you're good. I wouldn't hang onto it too long though however. Apparently they have 3.4 Billion in Assets and 2/3rd of that in debt...

You know what's too bad is that the employees treat you like shit, and/or that you don't know anything. (At least mine do). And whats even worse is that (IMO) corporate handcuff their sales people because informed buyers look around and know the prices. How can they not even compete with Newegg/Fry's/Tiger Direct, etc when you include shipping? I mean their prices are just not competitive. Not even close....

That doesn't even make any sense. Where did anyone mention BB? I don't find BB particularly competitive either but I have no idea what you are saying. Although I don't get treated like an A-hole by apathetic teenagers every time I go in BB..... - which I can't say as much for CC, lol

My boss (aka store director of the circuit city I work in) got sued because a Fire dog customer over heard workers talking about getting wasted the night before which the customer thought was responsible for his laptop's hard drive failing lol. Seriously though the majority of people working at my store in sales are asshats including some of the supervisors.

People walk out with RECEIVERS AND BLU RAY PLAYERS and the sales associates don't stop them at the door when the alarm goes off. Some guy jacked 20 DS's from our store by taking the security box off each one and he was in the store for 2 hours. A couple bought one DVD and pocketed 30 more DVD's in a bag. Another person walked straight out the store with 30 PS3 games.

It is probably harder to steal razor blades from Fred Meyers than it is to take receivers at Circuit City.

Well, you are saying CC failed b/c of their business model. Well...BB has the same model and they are still doing well.

Although if he sells it now it's worth -.12 a share, but he'll have to wait until the market open, or put in a stop sell. So minus the loss plus broker's fees, I'd say he made out like a bandit
