"My skill sets are A,B, and C. These knowledge have allowed me to excel."

Knowledge is a singular mass noun, however it's referring to the skill sets in the previous sentence. So is it This or These?

My skill sets are in klingon warfare, Vulcan mind melds, and lightsaber construction. This knowledge has allowed me to excel in my career

"Skill" and "knowledge" are not equivalent IMO. Consider: "I have experience in A, B, and C. These skills . . . ."
