You can have as many as you want, but the system boots you off at two hours & makes you stay off for either 5 or 10 minutes. After the timeout, you can get back on again for another two hours.
Frankly, it sucks. Plus, Qwest makes more money off of it. With select service, there's one connection for every 3.75 customers. So assuming 100% customer load, each connection brings in 3.75x20 = $75/month. Plus if they're using Qwest as the ISP, they get another $20/month or so. A deluxe account gives you one connection to yourself, so it only brings in $30/month for the connection, plus $20 or so for ISP costs if you have Qwest for your ISP. $50 vs. as much as $150... No wonder they push the cheap connection.

It's part of the Qwest popup. It has the chat window, & a picture with the agent's name under it off to the right. They probably provide the picture, but Qwest is the one that's putting it on the web.
