This is wierd but I cannot get on Dell.com, anyone heard of this happening before?

This is wierd but I cannot get on Dell.com, it just dont even get to the page.

Ive called Dell even , this has been going on for the last 3 weeks at least.

I had not been to that site in 6 months at least.

I guess I need to call my ISP, although I can get on every other site
out there it seems.


Ive even had an email from Dell and used the link inside and nothing!

Please offer me some clue on what might be going on.

I use Firefox but also tried IE.

One of the internet tubes from your house is clogged. Try using some e-Drano.

ping www.dell.com to see what IP address is returned.

Then type nslookup www.dell.com.

Make sure you're getting good name resolution and that nobody messed with your hosts file.

Have you (or a program) changed your settings in your browser, or your hosts file?

Someone is blocking it on your linksys router for fun.

Or, your ISP's dns servers are missing that record.

I pinged Dell as well, request timed out.

Same deal with Traceroute
