One metally derranged street person won't change that opinion. Heck, if the liberals were in power they'd have been keeping him down (giving scholarships to minorities, etc.)

I'm looking at your post....and I'm looking at your sig.....and I'm laughing my ass off.

Well, few can match your comedic timing and wit...

Actually that's not true. These "liberals" are trying to increase minimum wage more, and the owner isn't exactly making a ton of money and is thinking of just shutting it down if it keeps going up...plus I'd be making more if minimum wage were lower and we'd be able to hire more people. Not to mention that the liberals decided that we needed to install an expensive grease trap that get clogged up and overflows and smells like sh*t and doesn't really fit anywhere so it's snug tightly in an awkward place that gets in the way of everyone.

"So you're prejudice?"

She says

"No, I don't think I'm prejudice."

He says

"So, can I have some food? You said you're not prejudice...and I don't have any money."

She says

"Well we can't really take your business then..."

He says

"Well blah blah Bush, blah blah Republicans, blah blah country is fvcked up, blah blah blah blah blah corporations controlling the world blah blah."

She says

"Um, okay."

He says

"So you're not going to give me any food!?!?!?"

She says

"Sorry. Maybe if I owned this restaurant maybe I could..."

He says

"I guess I can respect that." --and walks out the door.

I just never see conservatives act like that or do stupid things like that within my age group.

Topic Title: This is why I hate liberals more than conservatives.

Don't see the relevance other than you used the correct word "hate".

Your hate for America is clear, thanks for being honest at least.

Are you mad because the proposed new minimum wages are higher than your management salary?

Ahh.....now you're talking like a conservative. You could go one step further, hire some illegals and pay them less than minimum and really rake in the cash eh?

Wow, your hate for America just keeps coming.

That "grease trap" you so HATE and is a expensive "Liberal" thing only. keeps all of our water from getting poluted to the point it is not drinkable.

Obviously you and your owner friend would rather have everyone die from poisioned water in the name of higher profits.

If he isn't making any money then he doesn't deserve to be in business.

I say shut it down, now.

We don't do that. I believe John Stossel summed minimum wage up pretty well

"Higher minimum wage laws help some, but hurt much more."

Good...good....you've also learned to use the talking points of others in lieu of actual opinions. You're way smarter than I originally thought. :)

It helps all, as it does spur consumption and higher standards of living while promoting redistribution of wealth. If your pizza boss can't produce, then that's his deal. You'll still get a job at a company who will be able to afford it as they have to take up the new business.

By that logic, it sounds like only the big rich chain corporations should be in business...since it's getting to the point where they are the only ones able to keep up with the regulations and minimum wage laws. I'm sure they love the decreased competition.

BTW, the city explained to us that it was just taking city workers too much time to clean up the grease...so they made EVERYONE install it. New thing. The sad part is, we didn't see a city tax cut from saving all the city workers time. Interesting.

Notice I didn't take any of his points...just his summary. It's the best one I've seen, so I use it.

So you just hate liberals because you'd prefer to profit by abusing those working underneath you, and the liberals won't let you?

If anything, be mad at the conservatives who let corporations run the world, forcing the place you work at to operate at near nothing profit just to compete.

Abusing? WTF are you talking about? These are minimum wage jobs for high schoolers trying to make some money. I know what my workers beneath me spend it on...CD's, video games, alcohol, marijuana, fast food, etc..most of them live at home. I use money for college, car payments, insurance, etc.
