but that's where you're wrong... that person in the past had everything handed to him by the past person's, like the 5 past persons.
That mess came from trying to deal with a mess by multiple past persons, it just hadn't been seen as a mess until everything tanked. Problems in the financial sectors sometimes take awhile to come to the surface.
