This is why I don't take naps

I didn't get any sleep last night, and had to work a short shift this morning (7-12). When I got home I was pretty tired, but I stayed up until about 4 or so. I couldn't keep my eyes open so I crashed on my bed and passed out. I woke up later, looked at the clock, and it said 8:00 or so. I got up and went downstairs, noticed the sun was out and my brother was cleaning his truck. My dad says "coffee's on", and my mom is in bed.

I was pissed because I slept through the entire evening, right until Monday morning. I was more pissed because I had to work in a few hours.

Nope. Still Sunday. 8PM.

Naps confuse me.

So...any interesting stories of I-just-woke-up confusion?

I missed an entire day once. I worked 34 hours (3 1 hour lunches) at home depot and then went home and went to sleep at something like 10 pm and when I woke up the clock said noon, 'cept it was noon 2 days later.

Woken up by my alarm the next morning.

Oh Man!
Every once in a while, I will take a nap, wake up not knowing what day it is, what time it is, or where I'm at, for a few seconds anyway.
I especially hate it when I awake expecting to be at home on the weekend and a few seconds later realize I'm still in the Field office after dozing off & still have work to do!
When you live in 2 different places, and work in 2 different offices, I guess it takes it's toll on your mind.
But then again, I've always been a weird sleeper anyway :)

Back when I used to get migraines I would usually get to a dark room and 'pass out' soundly until morning of the next day (without medication of any kind).
