I'm smoking a ham as well, but it's a real ham and comes from the rear leg of piggy. Plus grilled lambchops. One of my favorite holidays for food - ham and lamb and all the fresh spring flavors.

I am roasting a chicken and making various accompaniments to go along with it (not exactly sure which ones yet). The girlfriend is making a pie and bringing that. Should be yummy all around.

Great idea (if you're implying sushi-easter) - if my wife gets the new job (we'll hear back today) I think we'll follow your lead.

sounds good.

I just like the compactness of the shoulder ham.

Tri-tip marinated in soy, teriyaki, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, black bean paste, honey, ground mustard, chili flake, and beer.

Grilled asparagus, sourdough bread, potatoes.

Use the leftover coals to hot smoke some salmon.
