While I don't think most actors would beat a high school spelling bee champ, I think we have to concede that they can all spell their own names.

He's a famous movie star...he doesn't have time for that kind of stuff.

He either didn't read them, because he trusted his assistant, or he had it done on purpose as some sort of stunt to make the video popular to support the writers strike.

umm, do you not see the sarcasm??? the misspelling was intentional and designed to be as obvious as possible. what is the subject matter? writers. where is the flaw? in the writing.
