That's happened to me quite a few times, although infrequently, the entire time I've been here (almost 2 years despite join date) also while hitting back. For sure on Mozilla, not sure if it ever happened in IE.

My guess: The content-type flag for the document wasn't read correctly, instead defaulting to plain-text mode instead of text-html. I know for a fact Mozilla is a lot less forgiving in this respect than IE is. I'm sure Zuni is fairly aware of this but no doubt he'll be thankful about being reminded.
