Total: $679.49

There's about $50 of Mail in Rebates in those parts, so total could be like $630ish.
Are there any parts on the list that I should switch for something thats better and cheaper? $700 is about the limit of my budget.
 
Check your choice of memory: the I965 chipset uses DDR2 memory.
Note: the ASRock Dual-VSTA board (VIA chipset) can use either memory type.
Also: the ECS board is somewhat questionable; maybe a Gigabyte I965 chipset board would be a better choice?
For better quality components, stability, overclockabilty, etc.
