Total: $679.49

There's about $50 of Mail in Rebates in those parts, so total could be like $630ish.
Are there any parts on the list that I should switch for something thats better and cheaper? $700 is about the limit of my budget.

Already have that, the parts that I listed are the only ones that I need.

make sure you motherboad has 2 IDE channels if your old hardrives are IDE. Otherwise your are going to be S.O.L.

Check your choice of memory: the I965 chipset uses DDR2 memory.
Note: the ASRock Dual-VSTA board (VIA chipset) can use either memory type.
Also: the ECS board is somewhat questionable; maybe a Gigabyte I965 chipset board would be a better choice?
For better quality components, stability, overclockabilty, etc.
