This was my contritbution, on page 692!!!

I started reading this thread about 4 months ago, but life got in the way and I stopped checking it. Something brought it to my attention again the other day and I just spent the last two and a half days reading it from the beginning. The hubby has had to make his own dinner, get his own clothes and feed the cats on his own, as I have been glued to the puter, (re)reading this entire thread.

If someone else hadn't posted today, I doubt I would have, but... well, here we are.

Spending all this time glued to this thread has made me laugh, made me really pissed off, and mad me sad... a range of emotions in a relatively short period of time.

Now, I have been on the information superhighway since it was a two lane road and thought I had seen it all. The antics of Brad, while horrific in and of themselves does not boggle my mind as much as the fact that he is still a free to roam member of society. I am amazed (and quite frankly disgusted) that with all this kid has done, he is not locked up somewhere. So far, the BBB, the KYAG, PayPal, GoogleCheckOut, the credit card companies, numerous national magazines, banks, hosting companies, companies who have had their copyrights infringed and others who have been involved/scammed have failed to get this kid shut down, once and for all.

I just don't get it.

What is it gonna take to get this lunatic out of the mainstream where he can do no more damage? On some level I think that those listed above must bear some responsibility for any future actions that this delusional/narcissistic criminal acts out, as they all have a chance to act and refuse to do so. Especially since there have been so many on this forum that have worked so hard to bring all of this to the attention of those who could act but just wont.

I have not let the humor I have found in this thread from some of you really blown out and clever people detract from what is really at issue here... someone who is on the loose and scamming people out of their hard work or hard earned money.

Sorry for the ramble, but after all this time of going thru the highs and lows of this thread, I would feel remiss if i did not put forth my $0.02

Ed/Gideon... my my heartfelt respect to you for your time and hard work on this, as well as keeping a balance of free speech without going to the gutter. Hats off to you.

oh, and BrokenAntiMatter... you said you had info on two ppl here, but never said what it is. Spill it, please.

/ramble

If any of the brilliant minds know how to stop this moron, please ... let me know!

You linked to the second last page of the thread and claimed something about a repost. I assume you meant someone plagiarized your work. I still have absolutely no idea what's going on so I'll read the first post.

Sigh... long night. Up early, worked two jobs, just got home and drank too much wine.

I will edit the OP.

Thanks. I read some of the summary and now I'm slightly interested. Would you happen to have, on hand, a link to something explaining how he is still in business?

I'm happy to hear you're still madly in love.

Please tell him I say hi and pet your pussies for me :)

the national computer magazines that he screwed out of tens of thousands of dollars did not press charges. The people he scammed out of merchandise were either refunded of did not think it was worth persuing once their bank/credit card companies refused to refund.

He has scammed tens of thousands of dollars.

He is small potoatoes to the big guys. He has no assest, so therefore, is not worth spending the money to sue. The small people he screwed out of man hours, do not have the resources to sue him. Those who were scammed out of merchandise and not refunded were told by the BBB that they were SOL. They were also sent a letter from the KYAG that since they were not residents of KY they would not do any more than send him letters.

He is under the 'worth while to sue' radar of the big guys and over the financial ability of the small guy.

He has blantantly admited to scamming and said it was tough nougies to all those he scammed. It took me two and a half days to read all that... but Rossman has kindly posted links that will recap.

He said "hello back, to you and your Mrs." And the pussies are well petted!

Still madly in love... ha... after 8 years together, 7 of those with a daily proposal, he is finally wearing me down and I am starting to think it is about time for me to pick a date where I will consider thinking about accepting.

;)

But I detract....

Can any of the great minds here find a way to shut this guy down?

:)

legal or not legal...??

Welll, I will leave it to those more talented than I.

I can only say that if he had screwed me out of money... we would not be having this discussion. ;)

I have no objection to doing what needs to be done. But I am not sure that we should be discusing the illegals in open forum. I have PM and email, ya know.

I just thought that ... well, we have the best and the brightest here and if anyone could stop him, we could.

This clown reminds me of JC Morris which five years ago threatened to sue dozens of FW members including:

Legal action is being initiated against the following Defendants who are named in our Federal Lawsuit. We respectfully request that the following individuals or those acting on their behalf refrain from contacting our company directly once they have been served a summons and that all communications should be directed to the attorney of record listed on summons.
