A lot of people say this about something they don't give a sh1t about, "I could care less." Shouldn't it be, "I couldn't care less."

If you could care less then that means that you do care about it...so which one is it.
 
When I say it, it means I don't care and I'm being nice by letting you know that I could care even less by ignoring you altogether to begin with.

It makes more sense to me when people say "couldn't care less" because that sums it up: If I can't care less, it's probably very low on my scale of concern.

And why in the hell do people in so many threads love to call out "repost"?!? Do you guys want cookies for being so eagle-eyed and astute? Not being critical; the curiosity just bugs me.

Something I've never understood is why people can't make meaningful thread titles so I don't have to open it and say to myself "I couldn't care less."
