This is so terrible my fonts are screwed up

Somehow last night my fonts go changed. Half of my fonts in IE are really large and bold on websites and others are very small. I have tried every font option in IE and from the regular display controls and I can't fix it. I am looking for any ideas to change things back to the way they were. This affects all websites and only IE. The rest of my computer fonts is unchanged. HELP!

i searched the symantec virus library and didn't see anything like that, let me check the MS knowledge base for some way to reset or reload them or something

which version of IE are you using ?

Well I would have suggested that but you said that you tried all the font options!

I had this happen to me once, and I nearly drove myself insane tying to figure out WTF happened.
