DENVER - An Air Force Academy cadet who had been accused of rape and threatened to crash a glider into a classroom building was allowed to remain at the school for several more months, during which he was arrested for sodomizing a woman in a wheelchair and accused of raping another cadet, according to files obtained by The Associated Press.

Well, he IS innocent until proven guilty... If we would take every accusation to mean the accused is guilty, then we wouldn't need a Criminal Justice system. Not only that, but whenever you don;t like someone, just make an accusation, and you will ruin his reputation forever. I'm not saying that this guy is innocent, I'm saying he deserves his day in court like any other American.
