There is an old VW bug that looks like that (minus the religious stuff) driving around Vancouver all the time. It has a water fountain on its hood.

lol, he should get pulled over for obstructed view, or posing a danger to other drivers. One of those doodads falls off at 60mph and someone's got a cracked windshield...
