the title of this thread is "Blair blames recent crime wave on blacks" when the title of the article in the thread is "Blair blames spate of murders on black culture".  the difference is a single word but that simple difference makes the two sentences have completely different meanings.
"Blair blames spate of murders on black culture" is not PC, is controversial and is what the thread is supposed to be about, that is fine. (even though they are speaking of the culture in the UK)
"Blair blames spate of murders on blacks" is racist (which imo specop 007 is based on his previous posts) and incorrect.
i have already been attacked for being "too pc" in the thread but i really feel this is important.
