Well i have no programs opened that use my speakers, but very very faintly there is sound coming out of them.

I put the speaker to my ear, and it sounds like an asian radio station.

Any one know what the hell thats all about?

Are they cheap speakers? My sisters $10 speakers did this all the time, they picked up cordless and cell phone convo's, radio stations and even Tv stations

(for the sane people here, it is RF interference. The poorly shielded speaker cables act as antennas. Since it is AFTER the amplification stage (probably housed in your sub), it comes across very quietly.
