I'm pretty strong LOOKING but that is just genetics. I can't do a single pullup, unfortunately.

wow. You can't do a single one? I can do like 10 and I have no muscles.

But how much do you weigh? I could do most of the stuff that guy is doing when playing on monkey bars...when I was like 10, because I only weighed like 70 pounds if that. :p

I'm pretty sure I could do a pull up or two now though, at least. I'd have to try next time I go to the gym.

It seems like he defies gravity when he does the thing where he holds onto the fence.

insane core strength too. Half of what is necessary to hold that position is all in the core.
He does a lot of core-training while working on his arms/shoulders/lats.

Being able to do flutter kicks in the positions he is in? Yeesh, wish I could. :)
