This is how bad Pizza is in Los Angeles

meh, I've had pizzas when I was in upstate and then downtown manhattan, you didn't have to order a drink because sqeezing the slice fills a glass with frikken grease.

costco makes good pizzas, cheap, fast, lots of topping

have you ever had Costco pizza? Its HUGE (filling), its cheap, and its suprisingly good. Maybe a little too much cheese for those who don't like it, but I guess that just depends on who makes it. Its an insanely good deal on pizza, especially if you're looking to feed a bunch of big and hungry guys and aren't overflowing with cash.

Yea Costco's pizza is pretty good

costco pizza isnt bad. $10.73 for a big ass pizza thats tastes decent, it actually works out pretty well.

edit: scratch that... costco kicks the crap outta most delivery pizza joints (ie: pizza hut, domino's, hell id even say papa johns!). yeah, i said it!

Agreed. The Sam's Club one is pretty good too.

Are y'all referring to Kirkland Signature brand?

Hmm i wonder, the costco pizzas mentioned here are made at their stores
but following their bulk mentality Kirkland probably makes frozen ones for the home

have you had one? how is it?

the pizza's are the one and the same. but the one's that are frozen that you can buy to take home cost a dollar or two less than buying an already cooked one at the food court.

Ahhhh, I get it.

Either way, Costco's private label (Kirkland Signature) supposedly prides itself on setting its product quality at the level of the industry leader. All of the KS products I've purchased have been above-average at least.

costco pizza is good stuff

I've never been to the big pizza-famous-cities to see what I'm missing, but I'd put costco near the middle of my top-20 list for quality.
Close to the top for quantity/dollar.

just because it's got a 'generic' name doesn't mean it's not good

My Costco doesn't have them frozen, they have them in the fridge. Yes, they are the same as the pizzas they make in the food court, but they suck when you cook them in a home oven. Maybe it's not hot enough or something, but the crust ends up being really hard by the time the cheese is all melted.

With a wife and 4 kids to feed(ok, one doesn't eat solid food yet, so it's really 3), Costco is my favorite place to go "out to eat". Can't beat 10 bucks for dinner for 5.
