Basically nissan.com is owned by a guy with the last name of Nissan, who's running a computer business with the name "Nissan Computer Corp."

Nissan (the motor company) of course is being anal about it & trying to keep him from using his name.

They should just drop it and leave the poor guy alone. He is selling computer hardware
