Ugh, I've been eating quite large meals lately that have A LOT of calories and instead of just continuing with my day, I crash and burn, so therefore I go straight to sleep and it's becoming a real problem. While my days have been lacking in sleep, I find it a little odd that when I arrive home, I feel perfectly fine and so I go and grab a meal which is usually over the top but then I fall a sleep and what pisses me off is the fact that the huge meal I just ingested is all going to turn to fat...:( :|

You should consider getting a membership at a gym. I started working out some five odd years ago and haven't stopped ever since - it's great for stress relief, it just plain feels great once you get used to it, and of course in your case it would help keep you thin. Granted, I was a complete stick instead of overweight but it's still helped me out a lot.

My School has a GYM and I visit it when ever I can, but as of late (during the last 8 weeks I guess), I haven't been able to because of school and it's been kind of frustrating. Lifting weights doesn't exactly counterract eating lots of food...

It's not your excersizing that's the problem...it's your eating/sleeping habits. Changing those will probably be the best and maybe only way.

Hey, there's plenty more at the gym than just the weights. Cardio machines are your best friend when you're trying to watch your weight. Even something as simple as running a few miles on a treadmill while listening to some good music will do wonders for you, trust me. Even if you can't get to the gym, just run around outside for a while and do a few laps around the block (or wherever it is you live).

Back when I started working out in high school, I had zero endurance so I started doing a lot of cardio. By the end of my senior year, I had one of the best times on the mile in my class. :D

I still weigh less than I did say about last year but I did gain about 5 LBS over the winter break so that kinda pisses me off, I also lost a lot of strength to and that can be extremely frustrating when you used to be able to do 45LB dumbel press and now limited to 30s..
