This program does allow you to overclock with the 12.41 drivers. It is called Riva Tuner, i just hope you guys dont already know about it.

Coolbits doesnt work with the 12.41 for me thats why i posted it.

Sure it does. I'm using coolbits with v12.41 right now under both Win98SE and Win2k (I dual boot). Just copy/paste the nvcpl.dll file from v12.40 into your c:\windows\system directory, overwriting the one from v12.41. Works just fine.
