When I first built my computer before I overclcocked I had a ram ratio of 1:1. I upped my HTT Mhz to 215 and the ratio become CPU/10. This was with mem interleaving or whatever the feature is called on auto. So I go in and manually set it to 1:1, my fsb ram ratio in cpu-z now reads CPU/20. Recenty I set the PC back to stock speeds (200 mhz). Now my ram ratio still says CPU/10 with memory interleaving set to auto. What gives. I want my dang 1:1! And on top of that, many of you have probably seen my other thread - Prime95 crashes after 2 hours with default bios settings and no overclocks. I was told to run memtest86 but I don't have a floppy and can't burn the .img file with nero for the life of me. I know I know...go to file ----> burn image and select ALL files. Yes I did that, and nothing appears on my disc, but the drive indicates that 10 MB's of space are taken up. Very aggravating, I hope I don't have bad RAM...but my system is perfectly stable as far as running games and such. Very aggravating all of this computer stuff. Well i'm not giving up yet. ::Sigh:: It's all a learning experience I guess. Hopefully one day I will be a guru like most of you guys and be able to solve people's problems instead of ask questions.
