The Cable got hooked back up today (WOOT) and I'm sorta getting settled in.

I found out the new owner of my old house is somewhat of a slumlord, he owns several houses in and around the U. of O. area and I guess he figures he can soak some collage kids for WAY more than the old place is worth. (good luck to HIM on THAT one) but in the end it all worked out for the best!

The new place is MUCH nicer. Lots of fruit in the back yard (the edible KIND!) a central air, a jacuzzi tub in my master bath, and it's a 3 minute bike ride to work!

I'll save some major $$$ not having to drive to work every day!

Sounds like a nice house. I'll be moving next Wednesday when I close on my house. I'll only have internet at work then. I'm sure many people will be happy to hear that.

I'm not sure how long I'll be able to go without broadband at home, but we'll see. I'm trying to save cash. I have to buy new appliances! ICK.
