So the house we rent got sold, and the new owner wants to bump the rent up from $795 to $1250.:Q

Add to this the fact that the plumbing is BAD and he won't fix it, and the house is setteling and half the time the door won't close...

So anyway I was up until 4 AM moving and should finish today. It will be awhile until the cable/internet is hooked up at my new digs (NICE PLACE!) so you all my not hear from me for a bit.

That's a huge increase in rent. I'm guessing the new owner will find out very quickly that no one will rent for that much.
