This is just like the trick from the show "THEM"... He has a special suit where bars hold up his clothes making it look like he has shoulders. Then he just ducks and pushes his butt back.
 
I watched a little asian chick on Cirque de Soleil (I think it was on Discovery) that twisted her body in ways that I never thought imaginable.
Her grace and athleticism was unbelievable.
She could literally twist around backwards and sit her poon on her forehead.
