Anyways, with someone YELLING with GREAT EMPHASIS on consonants, how could you mistake this?

I was just going through some stuff on the server and I remember this file from 2000!

 
I saw this once like 4 years ago. Laughed hilariously, especially near the end. Almost laughed equally as hard this time around. Thanks.🙂
