This is a bit OT...Does anyone use zdnetonebox for email? I'm having a major problem..need help :(

I cant login to my email

When I tryto login, it takes me to this error message:

No Authentication, please log in


Your session has expired, please follow the link below to continue using your ZDNet Onebox account.

Anyway, I followed the link, and tried to login again, but I am taken back to the same page...like a never ending cycle...grrrrr

Does anyone know how to fix this?!?! I'm expecting a email concerning my RMA...and it's URGENT that i get into my email account.

I cant exactly contact zdnet, because I'd have to email them, but obviously that wouldnt work out too well.

I had this problem once before...but it went away quickly...but now...no clue lol

try clearing temp internet files & cookies.

That sort of thing usually means you're using a proxy server of some kind.

Clearing the cache for your proxy (if you can... If you're at work, good luck) should resolve it.
