After having a traitor in chief for 4 years makes sense. We have already seen traitors breech the Capital building who are active duty military and current employed in law enforcement. This is a cult, and the oath of their office is meaningless.

The military personnel should be court marshaled for what they are, traitors. Law enforcement as criminals, and be barred from every having a job in law enforcement. Retired military tried as criminals and loose all retirement benefits.

While I agree with the sentiment. The reality is that Americans have also been trained to worship the constitution, like a second Bible. Stronger truth-in-journalism laws, get into 1st Amendment "freedom of speech" territory, because you are specifically talking about government making laws to stop the lies.

Unlike the current whining about the freedom of speech, when Nazis are kicked off the internet by companies, which isn't a 1st amendment issue, in this case it would actually be.

You saw how much they complained when wrong, imagine how much they will complain when it really is 1st amendment, and it directly targets Fox to stop the lies. Fox would have it's army in the streets screaming government censorship, and on the legal font it would probably go to Trumps hand picked Supreme Court and get shot down.

Which is why I said, there doesn't seem to be a practical Remedy in the USA. Other countries with less of a fetish over, now out of touch, documents written centuries ago, can actually enact modern laws to protect citizens from these Toxic lies.

What you appear to be alluding to is the legal debate between originalism vs. Living Constitution, and that has little to do with MAGA worshipping the Constitution. What I am stating clearly, is that attempting to stop Fox from being the network of lies and propaganda, with a "truth in journalism" law (something like the old FCC "fairness doctrine"), will get shot down legally, as running counter to the 1st amendment.

This. National Guard is many things though, NG have special forces too, thats a different kind if discipline.
